Harron & Associates developed with the US Navy, the USS Constitution Museum, and the National Park Service, a program to raise awareness about the 1997 bicentennial of the launching of USS Constitution,  the oldest commissioned warship afloat. We promoted a series of 10 summer, turn-around cruises, aboard which were winners of a national lottery. Photos of winners on board CONSTITUTION were transmitted to their hometown newspapers, seeding a groundswell of interest in the ship's 200th birthday celebration.
In 2008, the USS Constitution Museum purchased several original painting of the ship. Harron and Associates executed a media relations plan around the acquisition.
