Our client Trinity Financial celebrated the ribbon cutting for Shawmut Estates, a groundbreaking project that combines affordable neighborhood housing with residences for Northeastern University students. The 15-unit, $2.8 million complex is the first phase of a project that also includes Davenport Commons, a $51 million total residential development made possible by a unique community, city, and state  partnership. For the grand opening, Harron & Associates brought together elected officials, community members, and university representatives to highlight the cooperative spirit that built the housing development.
