Harron & Associates worked with The Raymond Property Company on the groundbreaking of an exiting new project in Ipswich, Massachusetts – “Turner Hill”. Slated to open in 2003/2004, Turner Hill, will be comprised of a Golf & Racquet Club with 18-hole championship golf course and world class squash and tennis facilities, a Spa & Fitness Center, 26 room Inn and private residences.
We attracted media coverage throughout the development of the project by shaping story ideas, creating press kit materials and keeping the media and prospective members of the golf curse and owners of the residences informed with a quarterly newsletter. To help stir interest in the project we managed the groundbreaking and launch of the project, as well as invited guests to special preview luncheons and golf events which helped build curiosity and interest in the soon to be open luxury property.
