Boston’s newest cultural destination, The Mary Baker Eddy Library for the Betterment of Humanity, opened its doors on September 29th, 2002. This world-class Library provides state-of-the-art interactive educational exhibits that explore history’s great ideas, the ongoing search for life’s deeper meaning, and the journalism of the Pulitzer Prize winning Christian Science Monitor. In the lead-up to its opening, Harron & Associates provided consulting services to the organization to help create a grand opening weekend that branded  this new institution in the eyes of the community. Key members of the travel and tourism industry were invited to preview tours of the library, partner organizations and neighboring businesses were welcomed to take part in an open-house event, and local public awareness was raised via a flier distribution campaign.
